How to complain
We take complaints very seriously and do our upmost to ensure you are pleased with the service we provide.
If you are unhappy with treatment or care you have received or have been refused treatment, you have the right to complain, have your complain investigated and be given a full and prompt reply.
You can complain by contacting:
- Your dentist directly or by writing to the practice and we will follow our code of practice to make sure your complaint is dealt with swiftly.
- Your local Primary Care Trust.
- Patient advice and liaison service. They can advise you on how to take your copmplaint further. (PALS leaflets arer available at our practice.)
- The independent complaints advocacy serevice. They can help you make a formal complaint.
